This was the final presentation which was conducted under the entire design faculty and student body. I took my dry humor and constructed a headline for the presentation simply stating "this is my thesis". It drew attention and excitement while I was presenting. I layered a tun of my research notes in a random linear manner to showcase how much time was placed in studying my subject.
My notebooks were laid out with their corresponding three-dimensional inserts. Feedback and open dialog was encouraged. It went great and I left the presentation with a tun of feedback for future intentions for my thesis studies. One of them that received a great deal of reception — the three notebooks.
I intend to somehow reproduce the notebooks on a mass scale and send them to design students for them to openly leave their open design opinions, frustrations and interests. The program I developed is meant to mail these to prospective design students. They would keep them for one year and mail them back on their own will to me. Afterwards I intend to organize the information and develop another project with all the collected data. To showcase the voice of students today, to collaborate and show that one should never keep quiet.
