Visual study 4. This time, I applied a real message (getting students to apply to the design program) and developed a large scale poster to draw attention to the program within the art department. The idea was really portraying print as a spatial experience that could connect with the younger generation who are getting used to more and more visual stimulates everyday.

The problem? This was a feasible solution for the real world. It would be too expensive and time consuming to construct real three-dimensional posters on a mass scale. As part of my final applications, I developed two-dimensional posters with die cuts and folds so that they could be shipped flat but constructed into a spatial experience on location.
