Integration with package lockers like Luxer One or Amazon Hub. Residents are notified when their item is delivered and quickly unlock the locker with a single button in the app.
Water Shut-Off
Integration with water shut-off valves, providing property managers a powerful way to reduce or even prevent water damage.
When a water leak sensor detects water, the system automatically shuts off the supply.

We were one of three partners to integrate into Amazon’s new program for apartment buildings.
