Led the project kickoff and planning, incorporating in-depth user research, market analysis, ADT executive interviews, and managing multiple vendors.

Defined features that would deliver the greatest user impact while strengthening market positioning against competitors.

Played a key role in aligning the product and engineering teams on direction, feasibility, and — most importantly — prioritization.

Midway through the project, engineering feasibility changed significantly. I played a key role in realigning the team on project prioritization.

Pivoted features to accommodate engineering limitations and resource constraints, leading efforts to manage the product design and ensure continuous team alignment.

Despite significant timeline shifts and delays, the project successfully reimagined the legacy user experience, making it more aligned with real-world user expectations and needs.

🎨 Design

Led a major brand shift, turning a cold, gray aesthetic into something warm, approachable, and confident.

While the focus was on practical utility for daily tasks, we approached the design with human sensibility. Warm tones and vibrant accents can sprinkle a dash of energy into their day when they need it the most.

The homepage concept illustrates how giving users a moment of fresh air before diving into their tasks can make the difference between simple utility and user loyalty.
