Developed a pitch deck with the IOTAS CEO and Westbank’s Innovation Executive to deepen the partnership, shaping how larger company themes and business opportunities could be told through an innovation-driven narrative.

One core idea was a building-wide OS that connected the entire community, expanding the smart home concept into shared, community experiences.

The deck expanded the relationship into additional R&D explorations, ultimately leading to an extended partnership.
