The idea was simple, let residents to add their own smart devices, rather than relying on limited, pre-installed setups, to drive engagement and loyalty.
Led 2 initiatives to pitch the concept; in 2020, engineering wasn’t ready to support it.
The second initiative at ADT focused on building a full GTM strategy and securing executive buy-in. However, operations and logistics weren’t yet ready to support it, as ADT’s DIY e-commerce was still in its early stages.
